Progress!

I've been feeling pretty good and doing pretty well with my interval training for the bridge run.  I have to say, the podcasts help so much!  The music is pretty peppy and it really helps having someone else tell you when to run and when to walk.  Last Thursday I did my longest run yet -- a straight 20 minutes!  When the gal first told me I was going to do that, I assumed I'd heard her wrong an started the pod cast over.  No, I had not.

While the first five minutes were a bit painful, I got into a decent grove and by God's grace made it the entire 20 minutes!  The Bridge Run will be here before I know it.
