Cooking at the Kasbah

My brother is a really great gift giver; last night we cooked and use two of his best gifts:  the bread maker and the tagine.  He also gave me a cook book with lots of Moroccan recipes: Cooking at the Kasbah {always makes me think of the song Rock the Casbah}.  Tried a new recipe: tagine of chicken with eggplant with sun-dried tomatoes.  I've had the store bough version of the eggplant from Trader Joe's, which is really good.  But the home made version was much better.

A fun and delicious meal to cook!
