Rabbit Food

Sometimes after I've been eating too much unhealthy (aka: delicious) food I feel the need to scale back a bit.  This doesn't happen too often...maybe a few times a year.  I call it the "salad diet" and eat a salad for one meal for a week.  If nothing else, it makes me feel better about my food choices.  For that week anyway...

This week is a salad diet week.  And I've actually really enjoyed it!
  • Spinach leaves
  • Raw broccoli
  • Blackened chicken (my version)
  • Craisins
  • Giant white beans
  • Balsamic vinegar
In lou of croutons, I've been eating some whole wheat crackers or flax seed tortilla chips with the salad.  Can't beat it.
